Once you&#039;ve figured what&#039;s gonna work, you start building on it and create something that you&#039;ll like.</description>

		<description>So it is really very important that designers live up to their title. Once you are called one, it pays that he knows fully well his work so he can defend it. A designer who is only called as such, but with very minimal experience and very little access to every important perspective to consider will only be just that - order taker. So having the title designer is hard-earned and just like a byline for journalists, his work shows his reputation and credibility.</description>

One of the things said to me early on in my career that has stuck with me is &quot;Babies are not going to die.&quot;  It&#039;s a great little saying that helps put things into perspective when a client - or even a coworker - starts getting too far into the weeds on niggly details.</description>
